Deepthi, a friend of mine, Colombo university lecturer who attended your amphibian programme in India also discussed this matter lengthly with me. Dehiwala zoo the problem is lack of space. But this year we are hoping to start the constructions of Pinnawala zoo. The location of that area is close to a river and lush vegetation is there. So we are planning to have an amphibian section together with other Sri Lankan animals."
